Detoxing – Chloe shares juicing tips and health benefits!

Over the past two years I have completed several juice cleanses. Detoxing is something I enjoy and am passionate about. Occasionally I make my own juices but the majority of the time I embark on a juice cleanse programme.

So why cleanse?

Eating the right amount of fruits and vegetables can provide us with all the nutrition we need and keep us healthy for life. Physically eating your 5 a day can sometimes be tricky that’s why blending them together in juices is a fantastic idea to sneak in some extra goodness to your diet.

Juicing will make you feel amazing from the inside and glowing on the outside. You have the power to take charge of your health and get unstuck from your bad habits to create a healthy balanced life.

Some of the cleanses I have tried in the past two years

If you are going to make the juices yourself, remember fresh natural foods are best. Have a play with your own blender if you want to try yourself. It is always good to try the branded juices as a comparison and to educate yourself on the possible flavours and blends!

Juices and smoothies taste delicious

Detoxification doesn’t have to be boring and bland. Make juices/smoothies that really tickle your taste buds. You can incorporate various supplements/powders in your drinks for that extra healthy oomph.

Support is important for your success. Let your friends/family around you know that you will be juicing. It may not be as easy as you imagined so ask for them to get on board by helping support and encourage you to stick to your plan.

Remember to stay positive! You are on your way to greatness!
